So, many of you may know that there is a subsection of the United States’ peoples that do not believe in the validity of the Federal Income Tax. In reading the aforementioned book by Mary Elizabeth: Croft I am wont to agree. What’s more I have become privy to some before unregulated information. It is so seemingly benign that the vast majority of us never even question it…

Have a look at your drivers’ license or your social security card. Notice that your name is spelled entirely in capital letters. Who is this fictitious person who’s entire name is capitalized? What form of grammar is being used here? Ms Croft explains that these cards refer to strawmen or fake ideological entities that are merely representations of who we are and are not in fact us. Thus we can be penalized by the use of refering to us as this strawman via laws that can only apply to this strawman or further penalized by finding that we are not applicable for certain benefits because they apply to the strawman and not to our physical selves. I realize this is all very difficult to understand, so I have left the bulk of the explaination up to Ms Croft in her book How I Clobbered Every Beureucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known to Man.

Further Studies: Go to google and search for the phrase “without prejudice UCC1-207″. This is a cautionary resolution of unintentional contracting. Basically, if you are giving your signature on any document and you are not intentionally signing a binding contract then you want to append the aforementioned phrase above your signature to make it known that under the Uniform Commercial Code provisions you are declining to enter into a contract without proper prior notification of the contracts details. You may further want to ammend your signature by writing “By: signature, agent” in order to make known that you are the individual acting on behalf of a strawman and cannot be held liable.
